All these years of experience summed up when our founder “Chef Anaxi” realized the industry was standardized and stagnant, so he thrived for new culinary perspectives. Following his culinary passion “Chef Anaxi” decided to rely on his own Latin roots and committed to bring Hispanic flavors out of the shadows. Our Chef developed a new spectrum of flavors, by twisting our all time favorite meals, with  those traditional spices and cooking techniques from Latin America.

This resulted in a “Culinary Fusion”, an amazing profile of flavors, colors, fragrance and textures that blend together as notes do in a symphonic master piece.
