Finally, a fresh twist to catering! Behind us
stand over 20 years of experience on the food and beverage
scene; from high end hotels and traditional catering
companies, to some of the most exclusive restaurants and
kitchens in Chicago.
All these years of experience summed up when our founder
“Chef Anaxi” realized the industry was standardized and
stagnant, so he thrived for new culinary perspectives.
Following his culinary passion “Chef Anaxi” decided to rely
on his own Latin roots and committed to bring Hispanic
flavors out of the shadows.
Our Chef
developed a new spectrum of flavors, by twisting our all
time favorite meals, with those traditional spices and
cooking techniques from Latin America.
This resulted in a “Culinary Fusion”, an amazing profile of
flavors, colors, fragrance and textures that blend together
as notes do in a symphonic master piece.
Our recipe for success resides on our
commitment to following a consistent recipe: uncompromising
personalized attention to quality and detail, combined with
the finest fresh food available and stunning presentational
